When staging a property for short term rental you want the pictures to catch the guests attention from the competition but once they arrive you need them to be impressed with the comfort and quality of your bedding, towels and furnishings. A real home from home experience with all finishing touches to make their stay memorable and eager to book a return visit.
At Guest Ready Interiors, we provide home staging services ranging from single room packages to full property staging. We DARE you to find a company that offers basic packages as comprehensive as ours, especially when it comes to holiday let interiors. If there’s something not listed, we can customize our property management furnishings by adding, removing, or creating a completely bespoke package to suit your needs.

All our bedroom packages come with 2 pillows for single beds and four for double beds. The duvets are 10.5 tog which is ideal to carry through all the seasons. You will be supplied with 2 sets of white bedding including pillow cases, duvet cover and fitted sheets. There will be 2-3 cushions to match the chosen colour scheme and bed size, plus a soft touch throw.
In addition we include two bath towels and 2 hand towels per person in the bedroom pack to ensure you are never left short.

Our bedroom packages come with a choice of metal or wood frame bed with the option to upgrade to a divan base or an upholstered headboard. All the standard beds come with an exclusive metal mesh base design which can accommodate up to 300kg.
In addition to this you will receive one or two bedside tables with bedside lamp and coaster. A matching set of drawers which many landlords use to stand a TV rather than hanging from the wall. For further clothes storage a metal or wood hanging rail will be supplied to match the bed along with the necessary coathangers.

Our accessories can include everything from artwork , mirrors to decorative accents. Lead by your colour scheme and style which will have been discussed in your initial consultation we will supply some pictures, mirrors and some decorative touches to make the room feel more like home.

There are a selection of Crib 5 sofas available as standard and these can be upgraded on our bespoke packages. Also included are a coffee table, TV unit/console. The decorative items include pendant light fitting, table lamps, assorted cushions and throw. A selection of pictures and decorative accessories based on your requests at the consultation.

Our standard packages offer a choice of pencil pleat or eyelet curtains in a multitude of colour options. Bedrooms will come with a blackout lining as standard. Kitchens and bathrooms have roller blinds.
There is an option to upgrade to roman blinds, faux wood venetian blinds along with an endless choice of bespoke curtain and fabric styles.
Even within our standard basic packages you have plenty of options to ensure the style fits your brand and guest avatar.

Although our standard room packages are extremely comprehensive - we still have a list of optional extras from a dustpan and brush, hoover, hairdryer, iron even down to extra dishcloths and pan scrubbers and many more items.
When you have your initial consultation we will go through each room and you can add or takeaway items to ensure your guests have the best experience possible.

Book a free one hour consultation where we can go through your property room by room to ensure we are meeting your needs and providing a style that suits your brand. You will then be sent a form to provide all the necessary window and room measurements along with the contract to sign and once your deposit has been paid we will book in a delivery day.
Our packages offer a delivery only service and you will be provided with a detailed plan of what is for each room - or you can pay us to come and fit out the whole property and hand it over to you guest ready.

For a small fee you can book a two hour on site consultation. This fee is taken off any order over £1500. Ensuring we get a really good feel for the property and your plans for it. The responsibility of taking measurements and ensuring the furniture will sit well is taken out of your hands and you are getting a truly hands off experience.
You can still have the option of delivery only or leaving us to complete the task and provide you with a photo ready and guest ready property.
